The Juniors have been learning about Paul and Silas, finding that when God lives with His people they take care of each other and being confident that God is with His people everywhere they go.  They enjoyed performing a radio play with excellent sound effects and made 'candles' - Jesus, the light of the world - with several visitors on the morning of the christening.

The Text Club learned about Jesus' transforming power at a 'Vintage Wedding', including wedding preparations, turning water into wine and how Jesus brings the best.

We are now enjoying our fun Summer programme which is open to all ages.  For the past two weeks we have been working with Cliff Caldwell.  One beautiful Sunday morning was spent at Minions sketching the landscape and the following week we used these sketches with photographs to paint our own works of art!  You'll have a chance to view them at our forthcoming 'Gift, Skills, and Talents' service on Sunday 19th August at 11.00am.

Well done to one of our Junior Church members who received two awards at the Year 9/10 Celebration Evening at the College for effort in both combined studies and most improved attitude grades, earning him certificates and book vouchers and to another JC member on gaining The British Horse Society Level One Junior Progressive Riding Test Equitation and Stable Management.
