Junior Church Newsletter April 2007

 

We all enjoyed our Mothering Sunday service led by Rev Anne Curnow and giving daffodils to our Mums and the ladies in the congregation at the close of the service.

The Juniors have studied from Acts chapters 8 and 10 - Our God is Your God when they discovered that the Holy Spirit guides God's people and made an A-Z of the Bible's guidance and also learned to recognise that God's message of truth and love is for everyone.

The Text Club concentrated on Paul's letter to the Ephesians - growing in faith together.

 

Several of our members took part in the recent Gift Day concert playing the viola, saxaphone, percussion and drums.

 

Our Junior Church will now be making preparations for their Anniversary services on May 20th when the morning service will be led by Mr Steve Allen from Liskeard and the evening service by Rev Doreen Sparey-Delacassa.
